All usernames, tracking numbers, shipment information and user account information you supply is encrypted via TLS/SSL technology. We do not retain credit card information on our systems.
You are responsible for choosing a secure password when we ask you to set up a password to access parts of our site. You should keep this password confidential, and you should choose a password that you do not use on any other site. You should not share your password with anyone else, including anyone who claims to work for us. You should change your password from time to time to help ensure that your account remains safe.
For your convenience we may retain payment information received from our payment processing partners for up to 60 days in order to expedite future orders and to automate the billing process. Your credit card information is not routinely stored on our systems and is instead immediately forwarded to our payment processing partners. Any payment information received from our payment processing partners is encrypted and unreadable by other customers and our staff. We retain order information indefinitely to further our legitimate interests in evaluating trends in marketing, repeat orders, customer needs and wants and other business markers.
We retain your shipment information for at least 90 days. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us, once per calendar year, information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year.

Not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements, and only information on covered sharing (if any) will be included in our response.
To protect children’s personal information and to meet the standards of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The website and service is a general audience service for users 18 and older and is not geared toward children. Package(s) must be dropped off by 4:30pm (Monday-Friday) at your local FedEx Office® location to qualify for next business day delivery.
All orders are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight® service. Next business day delivery by 10:30am to most U.S. addresses; delivery by 4:30pm to some rural areas and remote locations.
Delivery surcharge to Hawaii/Alaska. Remote or hard to reach locations and scheduled pickups are subject to additional fees and/or transit time.
Please note, neither Send Priority nor FedEx® offer insurance coverage of any kind.
A shipping label can be created up to 10 days before your ship date. The future date will print on the label.
Enter the dimensions of your document envelope rounding up to the nearest inch (the FedEx Express® envelope measures 13 x 9 x 1 inches). Enter the longest side as the length, second longest as the width, and third longest as the height). FedEx® may audit/re-measure your package to verify accuracy. Shipping a package with improper dimensions will result in a dimensions correction surcharge.
Enter the delivery address. Shipping to an incorrect address may result in an undeliverable package and/or address correction surcharge per our Terms of Service. Note the following:

The contact information provided here will appear as the sender address on your shipping label. Choose ‘Edit’ to modify sender information.
